We are seeking a highly skilled Home-Based Accounting Specialist to fill the role of accounting professional for our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter all supplier invoices into QuickBooks
  • Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts
  • Generate client invoices upon order completion
  • Conduct routine collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices and statements
  • Manage royalty entry and submissions
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions

In this position, you will work closely with our client to handle core accounting responsibilities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, royalty reporting, and financial support tasks. If you're proactive, dependable, and eager to grow, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general Office Suite proficiency (Word, Outlook)
