Job Description

As a Business Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes including proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of the German market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors, with understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
