
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Appointment Setter. This position involves making outbound calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and have experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify leads and communicate our business offering effectively
- Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership
- Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets
- Refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team
- Handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up
- 1-3 years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales
- Experience in B2B calling and appointment setting
- High call volume handling skills with discipline and resilience
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Tech-savvy with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs
- Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills
