Association Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Association Manager to join our team. This role will oversee a portfolio of homeowner associations (HOAs), acting as the primary point of contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate coordination. They will be responsible for scheduling and remotely facilitating board meetings and annual meetings, preparing agendas, collecting supporting documents, and coordinating meeting minutes with administrative support.

The Association Manager will also track and manage HOA compliance matters such as rule enforcement, owner correspondence, and architectural review processes. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal accounting to ensure budgets, dues, and financials are accurate and delivered on time.

Maintaining digital records including governing documents, insurance, meeting notes, and maintenance logs is also a key responsibility. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

A proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and HOA/PM software (AppFolio, Buildium, or similar) is required. CINC Systems experience is preferred.
