The primary objective of this role is to drive new business opportunities through effective lead generation strategies.
- This involves conducting thorough research, managing email campaigns, tracking responses, and optimizing outreach efforts to support business growth.
In this capacity, you will work closely with the Creative Director to generate high-quality leads and improve engagement rates.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and data accuracy.
- Analyze outreach performance using spreadsheets, identifying areas for improvement.
- Craft and optimize email templates to enhance response rates.
- Liaise effectively with prospects and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Demonstrate a detail-oriented mindset to maintain accuracy in data entry and email tracking.
- Possess a collaborative attitude, working seamlessly with the Creative Director and Sales team.
- Ability to analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Familiarity with email automation tools or outreach platforms.
This is a full-time permanent position, requiring 45 hours of work per week. The role is fully remote, necessitating a reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for on-camera meetings.
