We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. This role is all about identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.
- Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix
- Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
- Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
- Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
- Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
- 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
- Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
