Financial Analyst Role Overview

This is a key position that requires an analytical and proactive individual to support cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to build and work with financial/data models.

  • Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies across various departments.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-growing company.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
