Job Title: Senior E-commerce Strategist

This role is focused on developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies for early-stage and scaling e-commerce businesses. As a senior-level strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level initiatives that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough performance audits to identify opportunities for growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Design strategic roadmaps that integrate various channels such as SEO, CRO, paid media, email, social media, and emerging channels.
  • Lead the execution of initiatives, working collaboratively with internal specialists, external agencies, and client stakeholders.
  • Utilize Shopify expertise to optimize site performance, conversion flows, and customer experiences.
  • Implement and manage data tracking frameworks to ensure accurate measurement and actionable insights.
  • Monitor performance KPIs, diagnose areas for optimization, and recommend data-driven pivots.
  • Translate findings into clear, executive-level recommendations, balancing tactical wins with long-term strategic vision.
  • Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of platform changes, market trends, and innovative tools to keep brands competitive.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in senior-level e-commerce strategy and execution, ideally supporting early-stage or growth-stage businesses.
  • Strong Shopify expertise, with proven success optimizing storefronts, funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and scale performance-driven initiatives that delivered measurable ROI.
  • Well-rounded expertise across multiple growth channels (SEO, CRO, paid media, social, email, SMS, affiliate).
  • Advanced proficiency with data tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker, etc.).
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on agility—comfortable moving from high-level planning to tactical execution.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
