Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional to support our team in estate planning. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the marketing industry, with a focus on working night shifts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a marketing calendar, creating and repurposing marketing content, coordinating events and speaking engagements, and ensuring brand and ethical compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining a weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing calendar that outlines content, campaigns, events, and deadlines.
  • Creating new digital and print marketing materials-and repurposing existing content-for blog posts, monthly newsletters, digital ads, flyers, books, videos, webinars, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Coordinating in-person events (speaking engagements, educational webinars, etc...) and networking meetings such as referral partner calls, coffees, and lunch meetings.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and reviewing marketing materials for compliance with legal advertising guidelines and our professional code of ethics.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to generate insights and identify new opportunities for outreach and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a small team environment. They will also have a passion for learning and embracing new technologies.
