Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to support our team with various tasks and responsibilities. As a key member of the legal department, you will play a crucial role in conducting thorough legal research, preparing comprehensive documents, and coordinating with external counsel.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare detailed memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Organize and manage legal files, contracts, and case documentation in digital and physical formats.
  • Monitor and ensure timely compliance with filing deadlines and legal requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Assist in preparing court documents, filings, and pleadings.
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence and legal activity for reporting purposes.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support the legal team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with US, EU, AU, and/or UK legal systems and regulations.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills: reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Proficient in legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and document management tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of legal tech tools, cloud-based systems, and document automation software.

Working Conditions:
