We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate contract records, including reviewing and redlining contracts, drafting summaries, and verifying forms are filled out correctly.

  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies, leveraging no-code automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance contract management practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • A law degree with 3+ years experience working with commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create concise summaries and communicate complex information effectively.

  • Strong technical skills, with experience operating within contract management systems, creating templates, organizing folders and files, and managing day-to-day tasks.

  • Proven experience setting up no-code automations in contract management systems, with direct experience in ContractBook or similar platforms strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in legal operations roles with a focus on contract lifecycle management and automation.

  • Demonstrated expertise in no-code/low-code automation, with experience in ContractBook or similar platforms.

  • Experience working in telecommunications, fiber optic, or data center projects, with knowledge of negotiating SOWs.
