Job Requirements:
Juris Doctor
With at least 3 years' experience in legal operations
With experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements is an advantage
With experience with a APTTUS or other allied tools is a plus
Amenable to work on graveyard shift and onsite in BGC Taguig
Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
Offer stakeholders legal assistance and services, such as creating, examining, and negotiating a range of business contracts and agreements.
Contract writing, redlining, playbook negotiation, key contract data abstraction, and other aspects of end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
Assist with legal analysis, research, and the creation of legal answers and strategies
Work together with cross-functional teams to make sure that pertinent rules and regulations are followed
Participate in the creation and application of legal procedures, policies, and best practices
Keep updated of changes to industry legislation and the legal environment.
Other task may be assigned from time to time
