Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing.
  2. Ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain seamless financial workflows, and collaborate with various teams.
  3. Process and code vendor invoices correctly, reconcile vendor statements, and ensure timely vendor payments.
  4. Prepare and manage billing across trucking and warehousing divisions, address billing discrepancies, and ensure alignment with logistics-specific systems.
  5. Assist in AR/AP reconciliations during monthly close, generate reports to support leadership decisions, and suggest improvements to workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of combined Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Billing experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs) and experience with tools like Bill.com or ERP systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with logistics terminology, TMS platforms, or freight documentation is highly desirable.
