About the Role

We're seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who excels in building, optimizing, and owning marketing systems and workflows. This individual will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more are running seamlessly — automating tasks, improving lead flow, and delivering clean, actionable data.

Key responsibilities include owning the marketing tech stack, automating and streamlining processes, providing campaign tech support, managing lead data, reporting insights, and A/B testing for funnel improvements.

  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Strong skills with Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Familiarity with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution
  • Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable using project tools like Notion
  • Familiarity with Gravity Forms, Clay, Zapier, Hex, Outreach, or AI tools
  • A self-starter who proactively solves problems
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple systems
  • A clear communicator who can explain technical details to non-technical teams

To be successful in this role, candidates should have 4+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, preferably in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment.

Success Metrics: Understand the business, tech stack, and how systems connect within 30 days. Actively improve workflows and manage data operations within 60 days. Confidently own systems, fix issues, and ship improvements within 90 days.
