Summary:The Senior Accountant is a vital role within the organization's financial reporting function. This position drives financial reliability across all aspects of general accounting and financial analysis.

It requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, a sense of urgency in completing deliverables, and the ability to work at a fast pace. Effective time management, communication skills, and cross-functional coordination are essential to deliver accurate financial data to management. Responsibilities:Support the Financial Controller in financial management functions, including report generation and analysis on variances, order and revenue by vertical market, GM report, AOP reports, etc., to assess the financial health of the company.

Lead the preparation of monthly account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with financial reporting standards. Determine standard costs, investigate variances, monitor project cost spending, and implement improved revenue cycle processes and procedures. Drive timely and accurate processing of transactional activities to aid management decision-making.

Review policies, conduct regular policy assessments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actions to enhance financial procedures. Support, manage, and facilitate external/internal audits and tax statutory filings. Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:Candidate must be a CPA with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance. Knowledge of financial operating systems; proficiency in MS Excel is required. Able to solve complex problems by integrating and interpreting data from diverse sources.
