Regional Delivery Implementation Leader

A senior leadership role overseeing the successful execution of client implementation and delivery projects within payments industry regions. As a member of the Delivery Leadership team, this leader will help define and drive the global delivery strategy.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and own regional Delivery Implementation strategy, aligning with commercial, product, and operational priorities and client needs.
  • Support development of scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tools for delivering complex payment solutions to enterprise merchants.
  • Maintain global standards for implementation quality, timelines, and documentation.
  • Lead high-performing regional delivery teams consisting of Delivery Implementation Managers across different markets.
  • Set and monitor KPIs around time-to-live, delivery velocity, customer satisfaction, and internal process adherence.
  • Ensure regional delivery teams are effectively resourced, enabled, and aligned to execute implementation plans across verticals.
  • Act as senior escalation point for complex delivery issues and ensure alignment across key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Treasury, and Customer Success).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years in implementation, delivery, or onboarding in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech within payments or fintech industry, with at least 2 years in leadership role overseeing regional operations/managing multi-region or global.
  • Strong understanding of integration models (API, hosted, hybrid) and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
