We are seeking a senior Scrum Master to support our Engineering Teams and contribute to the development of high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the teams, clearing blockers, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to achieve success.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members
  • Maintain project progress visibility and keep all parties informed
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders
  • Promote agile values, principles, and practices within the organization
  • Develop and mentor scrum team members
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.
  • Support Product Owners in refining, arranging, and optimizing product backlogs
  • Remove roadblocks hindering team progress
  • Adjust Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery as needed

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master (or similar role)
    • Demonstrated working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Agile Scrum Master Certification is strongly preferred
