Senior Program Manager Job Description

As a Senior Program Manager at our award-winning company, you will be responsible for leading complex projects and managing diverse audiences within varied business environments.

You will oversee the successful implementation of large-scale global projects, partner with internal teams and stakeholders to support new or expansion business opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and corporate strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading the implementation of complex projects, leadership and management experience in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry, and client-facing senior and executive-level management communications and formal presentation delivery experience.

The successful candidate will also have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, project management certification (PMP), and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage and motivate team members to achieve high performance
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Project management certification (PMP)
  • Leadership and management experience in call center and/or business process outsourcing industry
  • Client-facing senior and executive-level management communications and formal presentation delivery experience
