Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent across various industries through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating candidates for alignment with our clients' hiring needs, conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics to optimize efficient hiring processes.
  • Collaborating closely with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Contributing to job advertising strategies to target the right audience.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A strong ability to organize multiple candidates and roles simultaneously is required.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records, follow up on all recruitment activities.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
  • This role offers flexibility in work location as it is a fully remote position.
  • The position is full-time with semi-flexible working hours, requiring at least 4 hours overlap with EST (8 AM to 12 NN ET).
