Key Responsibilities:
Assess and understand customers' needs, inquiries, or concerns, providing precise and suitable solutions utilizing scripts and knowledge of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively manage customer inquiries during the training phase.
Exhibit a high degree of professionalism, empathy, and patience when interacting with challenging or upset customers.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to attend an on-site interview.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, and night shifts).
- Must be a Filipino Citizen or possess relevant residency status.
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Basic conversational English skills.
- Strong active listening abilities, along with patience and empathy when assisting customers.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a call center or customer support environment.
