Customer Support Specialist with Excellent Communication Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless support experiences
- Document and analyze customer interactions to improve support processes
About the Role:
This is a 14-hour contract position with opportunities for growth and development. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be working on a project basis for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to PHP 30,000 per month, plus a PHP 10,000 completion bonus
- Shuttle service from Manila Area to BGC, Taguig
- HMO and Group Insurance after 1 month of employment
- Night differential and leave credits upon regularization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 6 months to 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Service Desk/Telco/Network Background and BPO industry
