We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless support experiences
  • Document and analyze customer interactions to improve support processes

About the Role:

This is a 14-hour contract position with opportunities for growth and development. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be working on a project basis for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to PHP 30,000 per month, plus a PHP 10,000 completion bonus
  • Shuttle service from Manila Area to BGC, Taguig

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 6 months to 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Service Desk/Telco/Network Background and BPO industry
