About Us
Job Title: Customer Support SpecialistWe are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- You will be responsible for communicating with our customers to handle and resolve queries within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- You will escalate and liaise with internal teams to investigate issues and find resolutions.
- You will develop subject matter expertise in all areas of B2C at our company, ultimately putting our customers at the heart of every decision.
- You will continuously improve our processes by identifying trending issues and escalating concerns accordingly.
- You will review current processes, templates, and internal systems, making suggestions for improvements that enhance the customer experience or help them self-serve.
- You should have experience working in a CS environment, preferably B2C.
- You should possess strong communication skills, with sound decision-making abilities.
- You should be willing to take ownership of tasks and investigations, owning the outcome.
- You should be self-motivated, with strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- You should have strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- You should be able to work in a pressurised environment with varying deadlines and priorities.
- You should be analytical, looking for trends in issues and taking corrective actions to reduce or eliminate these.
- You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You should have knowledge of general operations within financial services/FinTech.
- You should have experience working in a Financial Services or FinTech company.
- You should have a working knowledge of Zendesk (or similar CRM).
- You should have an understanding or awareness of KYC and/or AML.
