Job Title: Customer Experience Agent

  • Improve customer experience by applying the latest service techniques and learning account management systems.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, learn common requests and solutions, improve experience, utilize techniques and systems, escalate dissatisfaction to proper channels.

Candidates must be highly motivated and dedicated, possessing excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. They should be able to type swiftly and accurately, have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems, and possess strong team orientation and customer focus.

This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring employees to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Employees may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
