Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Career Development Specialist.

This is a full-time position that involves working from home and requires strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO environment, and will be proficient in Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and redirecting them to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Finding and implementing effective solutions for customers, whether it's adjusting payment dates or restructuring loan terms.
  • Collecting customer testimonials and handling reviews.
  • Assisting with administration duties such as data entry, funding, and reporting.
