Job Description:
  • Develop and implement automated email sequences tailored to different customer segments.
  • Design, write, and schedule regular eDMs, including campaigns, educational content, and promotional offers.
  • Optimise email and campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Create on-brand digital assets, including graphics, campaign visuals, landing pages, social posts, and print materials.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and print materials.
  • Manage and schedule social media content across platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to social media community engagement and direct messages.
  • Plan and publish social content aligned with brand strategy, seasonal campaigns, and audience needs.
  • Maintain and update websites.
  • Coordinate with developers on website improvements and new feature development.
  • Support the implementation and reporting of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage customer retention initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar digital marketing/design role.
  • Strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience using platforms like Hubspot, WordPress/Shopify.
  • A strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Bonus if you have experience in women's health, beauty, wellness, or ecommerce industries.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, collaborative, open-minded, and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Eager to learn and grow, open to feedback and continuously looking to improve.
