Job Description

The Procurement Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Inventory Planning and Procurement initiatives at Balsam International. This position will be responsible for purchasing, managing vendor relationships, tracking orders and data, handling contracts and payments, and generating reports to support cross-functional teams.

  • Ensures timely and accurate placement of purchase orders.
  • Negotiates PO terms with vendors to reach acceptable agreements.
  • Monitors vendors' compliance with agreed ship dates.
  • Tracks all orders and shipments to ensure correct and on-time delivery of goods.
  • Partners closely with our Operations team and external partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of inventory plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Procurement Analyst, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or other related course with quantitative background.
  • Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in procurement involving purchase orders, which also entails analyzing data sets in support of various Inventory Planning and Procurement initiatives preferably gained from a multinational environment.
  • Must be adept in collaborating with other teams on the conduct of in-depth cross-functional projects which will have a direct impact on Balsam Brands' business.
