Customer Service Representative Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns.

We value teamwork and collaboration, and the selected candidate will be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs')
  • Clarify customer requirements and use decision-support tools to resolve customer issues
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport with the customer
  • Provide courteous, friendly, and professional service to customers
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
  • Prepare accurate work records and notate accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and adapting to changes quickly
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently
  • Patience in all customer contact situations
