About the role

Join the passionate customer support team in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. As a Customer Support PREMIUM CABLE, you will be the voice of our premium cable television service, delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. This full-time role is integral to ensuring our customers receive prompt and friendly assistance with all their inquiries and concerns.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer calls and emails, providing polite, knowledgeable and empathetic support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of customer issues, from technical difficulties to billing and subscription queries
  • Process customer orders, upgrades, cancellations and other account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional TORCH Solutions' products and services
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures
