The RoleAs a Concierge, your primary responsibility will be to greet customers, route them to the right team member, and facilitate video calls, chats, and other interactions. You will also work closely with managers and senior specialists to resolve urgent escalations and provide feedback to improve the customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and route them to the appropriate team member
- Answer video calls, chats, and reroute customers as needed
- Work with managers and senior specialists to resolve urgent escalations
- Educate customers on chat and zoom support functions
- Provide feedback to leadership to improve customer experience
- Connect senior specialists with scheduled customers
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles (reception, scheduling, etc.) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work from home with reliable internet connection
