We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Property Manager to fill a key role in our operations. This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support and respond to incoming calls
  • Process invoices through our accounting software system
  • Handle email correspondence and communicate with tenants regarding rent adjustments
  • Assist in coordinating property viewings and collaborating with potential tenants
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
