Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for executives.
  • Handle email management: draft, respond, and organize communications.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Ensure the CEO is reminded of upcoming tasks and deadlines.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage digital filing systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Marketing experience in content creation, social media management, and promotional campaigns.
