Key Bookkeeping Role

We are seeking a highly skilled bookkeeper to support our organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, general ledger coding, vendor maintenance, and record-keeping.
  • Build strong relationships across departments by resolving billing and payment issues in a timely manner.
  • Process corporate credit cards according to internal policies and controls.
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and annual close activities, preparing additional reports as requested by senior management.
  • Audit credit card statements and charges for accuracy and correctness.
  • Suggest improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and cost reductions.
  • Liaise between business units to ensure sales commissions are processed on time.
  • Support ad hoc projects and analysis, focusing on marketing research and competitive intelligence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, with QuickBooks expertise required.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, establish priorities, work independently, and organize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite of Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
