Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customer needs are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process import bookings and coordinate customer orders with overseas agents, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service providers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents, providing clear and concise information on order status and shipment details.
  • Monitor shipment orders and provide regular status reports to customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Manage job invoices and creditor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Coordinate transportation and cartage services, arranging for secure and reliable delivery of goods.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A degree in Customs Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a strong background in end-to-end activities of order processing.
  • Proficiency in using Cargowise/ ICS/ Excel, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships.
