We are hiring a bilingual virtual assistant fluent in Spanish and English to help with everyday tasks such as calendar management, inbox communication, and light admin duties. This role supports and offers consistent workload and communication.
Key Responsibilities: – Coordinate and confirm daily appointments
– Manage inbox and reply to client questions in both languages
– Track internal tasks and help maintain records
– Assist with document organization
– Notify owner of urgent requests or updates
Mandatory Requirements: – Spanish and English fluency
– Organized and dependable
– Experience using Google Sheets, Calendar, Docs
– Responsive with minimal supervision
– Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills: – Customer service or VA experience
– Familiarity with online schedulers or simple CRMs
– Knowledge of skincare or wellness industry is a plus
– Experience with messaging platforms like WhatsApp or Messenger
