Bilingual Sales Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Bilingual Sales Outreach Specialist who is fluent in both English and French. This individual will be responsible for conducting sales outreach to potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth through excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in both English and French.
  • Presents product/service information confidently and effectively to potential customers.
  • Maintains accurate records of all communications and client interactions.
  • Meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and sales targets.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to develop outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Provides feedback and insights from client interactions to improve sales processes.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or customer service is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong time management and consistency in meeting performance goals.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
