Healthcare Outreach Development Specialist

This role involves engaging with potential healthcare partners, introducing them to innovative solutions, and creating new opportunities for our client success team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be curious and resourceful in researching prospects, and be organized and proactive in meeting engagement goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reaching out to healthcare organizations through various channels.
- Researching prospects to personalize outreach and identify opportunities.
- Coordinating introductory meetings for the client success and sales teams.
- Tracking outreach activities and sharing insights that improve future campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
- Fluency in English.

CompensationThe total target monthly compensation is approximately $1200-$1400, with a base salary range of $1000-$1100 and a commission structure based on booked appointments.
OthersThis role also comes with the opportunity for promotions and salary adjustments, as well as a probationary period followed by a permanent position offer if targets are met.
