
Drive Healthcare Innovation as a Medical Device Sales Development Representative

This role is a Sales Development Representative position in a healthcare company that focuses on improving patient outcomes through innovative medical devices for sleep apnea.
The successful candidate will be responsible for high-volume, multi-channel outreach and consistent account management to ensure strong engagement and follow-through with physicians, healthcare providers, and medical equipment distributors in the U.S. This includes executing daily outreach to physicians, ENT specialists, and healthcare offices via email, LinkedIn, and phone, as well as researching and identifying new prescriber targets (e.g., finding all doctors in a given health system).
To maximize engagement and response rates, personalized communications are essential. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with U.S. healthcare professionals, hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools, and proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
This role reports directly to partners, working closely with them to onboard doctors, identify new leads, and nurture accounts. Success in the first 30 days means learning the tools, consistently emailing accounts, and securing prescriber meetings.

- Log all outreach activity and status updates in Salesforce and Halo.
