The role focuses on guiding healthcare providers, ensuring seamless onboarding and collaboration for improved patient outcomes.
- Care Coordination: Ensure a professional patient experience; collect, verify, and update patient information accurately; schedule appointments efficiently, conduct initial screenings, manage patient records, respond to patient inquiries, provide pre-appointment instructions, and coordinate with staff.
- Provider Partnership: Conduct provider outreach, present the value proposition, acquire provider partnerships, maintain accurate outreach records, track and report KPIs, share insights, and improve strategies.

- Shadow sales calls to understand prospect pain points
- Conduct mock prospecting sessions for script refinement
- Proven experience in Care Coordination, especially in physical healthcare
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong cold-calling & email outreach skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Background in medical imaging, healthcare sales, or radiology solutions
- Background in care coordination
- Experience working with hospital decision-makers
