Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Clinical Outreach Professional to drive our site outreach campaigns and develop targeted lead lists. This is a key role that will enable us to expand our presence in the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will design and execute doctor outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation, conduct research and filter doctors using various tools, and use clinical judgment to identify the right specialists.

You will also be responsible for building targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic, QA all lists before launch, and create SOPs and research playbooks to standardize repeatable outreach.

Additionally, you will write and iterate outreach emails, manage outreach coordinators, run email sequences in Mixmax or similar tools, triage replies, and track outreach performance in Airtable or CRM.

Requirements
  • You have experience running high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech.
  • You understand how doctors actually work, including specialties function, referrals, and the U.S. system delivers care.
  • You know how to reverse-engineer who sees the right patients and how to filter them.
  • You are systems-driven, building playbooks, workflows, and logic trees.
  • You are capable of managing junior staff and getting the best out of them.
  • You are excellent at written communication and can write persuasive outreach copy.
  • You are comfortable in Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, and using Google Sheets or lightweight CRMs.
