Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service support for our business solutions customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all clients receive timely and effective assistance with their e-channel services.

  • Provide after-sales service support for GTB E-Channel services, including onsite visits and remote assistance via email or phone.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for RCBC Corporate clients, handling their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Monitor and respond to phone calls and emails from internal and external customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that products and programs are implemented thoroughly to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.
  • Offer guidance and support to GTB clients through phone, email, or online assistance to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Contribute valuable inputs and support to GTB projects/deals specific to the e-channel platforms that require customization.
  • Develop and enhance online infrastructure to monitor ageing and fulfillment for incoming and outgoing communications from and to clients.
  • Analyze data on turnaround times for enrollments, servicing, and investigation items to improve handling and resolution of referred items.
  • Review and analyze product/service volumes and revenues to inform business directions, strategies, and action plans.
  • Design, develop, test, and launch GTB products, specifically online channels for Cash Management Services when necessary.
  • Perform enrollment and administration setup to enable customers with their chosen e-channel platform/s.
