At RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Technical Support Training Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Trainer with a strong background in designing and delivering training programs for customer service and technical support representatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging training content, conducting workshops and seminars, and providing coaching and feedback to trainees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training materials, modules, and resources for customer service and technical support training programs
  • Customize training content based on specific job roles, products/services, and customer interaction scenarios
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing team members
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences through presentations, role-playing exercises, simulations, and hands-on activities
  • Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to enhance their customer service and technical support skills

The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree and at least 1 year of experience as a Trainer handling TSR or CSR accounts. Salary range: $25,000 - $35,000 per annum.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Ortigas and Gilmore sites. The successful candidate must be amenable to work in both locations and willing to travel occasionally.

The primary goal of this role is to ensure that team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to provide excellent customer service and technical assistance.
