Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts, leveraging their expertise in HubSpot to drive revenue growth and enhance client engagement.

The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub, building and optimizing workflows, pipelines, and automation processes to ensure data integrity and seamless team collaboration.

This strategic role combines technical expertise with marketing acumen, requiring a deep understanding of HubSpot's capabilities and a proven track record in designing and managing complex campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns, partnering with sales leadership to accelerate pipeline growth and improve conversion rates. They will also manage reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

  • Sales and Marketing Alignment:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related matters.
    • Bridge the gap between sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on lead scoring, handoffs, and attribution reporting.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization:
    • Design and launch automated nurture campaigns, email sequences, and landing pages to attract and engage target audiences.
    • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, forms, and workflows to maximize conversion rates.
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HubSpot strategy, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub (HubSpot certifications required).

Proven track record in designing and managing complex workflows, automations, and integrations.

Strong marketing background with expertise in B2B demand generation, inbound, and account-based marketing.

Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and campaign attribution.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
