Customer Resolution Specialist
Overview of Job ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Resolution Specialist plays a key role in handling escalated customer service requests and providing support to customers and phone agents.
This specialist is responsible for resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching alternative solutions, and implementing the solution. They also provide information about various Service Experts programs and explain their features and benefits.
- Receive and mitigate customer complaints within defined service level targets.
- Resolve complex customer issues through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
- Explain program details to existing, new, or potential customers.
- Transfer customer accounts to new homeowners and follow up on contract transfers.
- Calculate early termination amounts and facilitate negotiations with customers.
- Work with the back-office team to complete contract transfers and update customer information.
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of advanced customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to de-escalate and persuade customers to reach mutual resolutions.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills.
