Job Overview

This role ensures timely communication of resolutions to customers via multiple channels. Escalated cases are handled and reported promptly.

The primary responsibility involves fulfilling assigned cases daily within the work shift. Issues such as system problems or incorrect resolutions must be escalated to the immediate supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill assigned cases within daily work shifts.
  • Promptly escalate issues such as system problems or incorrect resolutions.
  • Submit required end-of-day productivity reports and other reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain workstation, office equipment, supplies, and tools.
  • Perform additional duties/tasks as assigned from time to time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of banking or credit card customer service support experience
  • Adeptness to contact center management techniques and tools, Microsoft Applications
  • Strong people management, work and time management, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
