About Executive Support Roles

As a highly skilled executive support professional, you'll play a pivotal part in our leadership team's daily operations. In this capacity, you will manage the day-to-day activities of our leaders, embodying our brand and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support three executives (Chief Creative Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Managing Director)
  • Oversee calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses as needed
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and fulfill other daily requests
  • Plan and implement special projects and presentations when necessary
  • Manage monthly credit card reconciliation

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an agency or client-facing role
  • Flexible, proactive, with a positive, solution-focused mindset
  • Strong relationship-building skills with authenticity
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Good judgment and quick decision-making ability
  • Comfortable working on a Mac
