Job Title:

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will lead test planning, execution, and reporting across functional and non-functional domains.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing QA documentation, best practices, and reusable assets. They will also share lessons learned and automation frameworks across teams, promote continuous improvement and knowledge retention, and deliver training sessions to enable adoption of new tools and practices.

Additionally, the candidate will contribute to designing training content and instructional materials, evaluate learning effectiveness, and suggest improvements. They will identify and implement testing methodologies and tools, align testing with organisational standards and industry best practices, and promote automation, performance, and security testing tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong Testing/ QA experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dedication to continuous improvement and team development.
  • Strong client focus (internal and external).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
