About This Role

Are you a paid media expert with a passion for driving engagement and conversions? We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms as well as on B2B/B2C social media such as LinkedIn, Meta etc.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing paid media strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Conducting keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Google and Bing Ads.
  • Experience in dealing with global teams is a big plus.
  • Combined experience in B2B and B2C marketing. SAAS marketing experience a big plus.
  • Proven experience with Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Twitter and other social ads.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media best practices and industry tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
