As a seasoned AWS Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high availability and optimal performance of our clients' cloud infrastructure. Your core responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day management of AWS cloud resources, ensuring they are configured correctly to support UiPath RPA solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC, with experience in managing and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure. A proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and UiPath RPA solutions is also essential.

You will work closely with clients to understand their UiPath RPA requirements and provide expert guidance on AWS cloud infrastructure best practices. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies and services, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new features and capabilities to enhance the performance and security of UiPath environments.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • AWS Expertise: Strong knowledge (4+ years) of AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC
  • UiPath Experience: Familiarity with UiPath RPA platform and its integrations with AWS cloud environments
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and commitment to providing high-quality support
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent experience
