Job Overview

The Project Manager drives product development and business growth from conception to launch. This role focuses on strategic planning, marketplace expansion, and integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning projects for Engineering and Business, including third-party integrations, marketplace growth, e-commerce technology, and business projects such as General Ledger replacements and department tool enhancements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering to gather comprehensive product requirements and feedback.
  • Capture high-level product requirements and translate them into detailed tasks for the development team, prioritizing based on Level of Effort (LOE) and/or Return on Investment (ROI).
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and a minimum of 5 years of related PM experience ideally with e-commerce knowledge.
  • Demonstrated understanding of various e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Database systems, and reporting platforms, along with critical factors contributing to a successful solution within our industry.
