Job Description:

We're looking for an innovative and results-driven Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development of new FMCG products—from concept to market launch. This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver high-quality, consumer-focused products that drive growth and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development and lifecycle management (innovation, renovation, cost optimization).
  • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and track competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, compliant product launches.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and profitability targets.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and recommend improvements.
  • Present business cases and updates to senior management while mentoring team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years' FMCG experience in product development, innovation, or brand management.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer insights, product lifecycle, and regulatory standards.
  • Proven skills in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership, business acumen, and creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
